The new building alongside a road in the Berlin Tiergarten, does not appear as a building, but rather as a lush mixed hedge. A multi-layered green wall composed of various shrubs and bushes continues the image of the Berlin Tiergarten with its park trees and bushes, until it reaches the classicistic courtyard of Bellevue Palace. The hedge structure is interrupted only once to reveal a small semicircular entrance courtyard through which visitors and employees enter the building.
