To preserve as much of the site as possible as a public park, we propose to place the large magazine areas into the slope. Its roof functions as a publicly accessible terrace and offers a view of the Main River and the old town of Kitzingen. A villa-like building for the users and employees and a smaller serving structure frame the viewing platform. They span a field that can function in various ways and whose orthogonal structure excitingly complements the surrounding park landscape.
