Our focus lies on the essence, which we pursue in detail through the conceptual use of form, material, and atmosphere. We create new things in building typology, sustainability, construction, technologies, building materials and actively develop digital methods such as parametric and computational design and BIM.

In 2020, we reorganized our office to allow everyone to participate in the office's decisions about the future. Working groups prepare new topics and present them for discussion. All major decisions are made by a forum consisting of the management and elected representatives from all the office's areas of responsibility.
